At Snowverb, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning and tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
